Setting up service sections for the outlet

Click Section from the entity settings menu options to start setting up the service sections at the outlet, and integrated with the QRkey systems. Outlets may have different service channels at the restaurant depending on their type and size of operations.

From a QRkey system set-up perspective, home delivery and takeaway service channels are to be treated as separate sections of the restaurant. Hence if your outlet has home delivery and takeaway services; create these service sections separately in this segment.

• Click the + add button on your screen
• Give a name to this section as per choice. E.g. Section 1 Or AC Section etc.
• Select the taxes to be applied to these sections from the drop-down list
• Choose the service type this section belongs to, i.e. Dine-In, Home Delivery or Takeaway
• Select the printer to which bills from this section should be printed on
• Assign a sort order number to this section. Sort orders decide the display sequence in which sections get displayed on the partner’s portal. E.g. If the sort order assigned to Section 1 is 1, you will see Section 1 listed first on the portal followed by any other section with sort order 2
• Mark the section as active and click Create Restaurant Sections
