Setting up the cuisine served at the outlet

The details provided by you, while setting up these sections on QRkey systems reflects/displays on the customer interface as well. Hence, it is important to ensure that these details are accurate, error-free and qualify for client exposure.

Click Cuisine from the entity settings menu options to start setting up the cuisines at the outlet, and integrated with the QRkey systems. Outlets may have varied cuisine categories depending on their type and size of operations.

Example

Multi-Cuisine Restaurant: Cuisine could be Indian/Italian/South-Indian etc. and Veg. starters and Non-veg. starters can be a menu category under these cuisines. Chicken Malai Tikka will be a menu item under the non-veg starters menu category.

Example

A single cuisine Speciality restaurant - Cuisine could be Italian Classics, Pizzas and Pasta. The Menu sub-category, in this case, could include Classic Starters and Speciality main courses followed by respective dishes.

  • Click on the + add button on your screen
  • Fill the name of the cuisines you wish to create (Indian, Italian, and Oriental)
  • Select and upload the image that you wish to assign to this cuisine. This image would be displayed on the customer interface as well
  • Assign a sort order number to this cuisine. Sort orders decide the display sequence in which cuisines get displayed on the consumer interface. E.g. If the sort order assigned to oriental cuisine is 1, your guests see oriental cuisine listed first on the consumer interface followed by the other cuisine with sort order 2
  • Mark the cuisine as active and click Create Cuisine
  • Repeat this process for all cuisines that you create
